These terms of use apply to the website at https://emissar.io (the "Site"), operated by Kasayo e.K. ("Kasayo", "we", "us"). The Site presents information about Emissar, a client reporting product that is currently in private development, and offers a waitlist you can join by submitting your email address. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Product in development
All content on the Site is provided for informational purposes only. Emissar is under active development: the features, integrations, screenshots, availability, pricing, and timelines described or shown on the Site are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Joining the waitlist creates no contract for, and no entitlement to, the future service, any launch benefit, or any particular launch date.
No guarantee of accuracy
We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that descriptions, illustrations, or example reports reflect the product as it will ship. The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Waitlist submissions and feedback
When you join the waitlist you confirm that the email address you submit is your own. We use it as described in our privacy policy. If you send us feedback or suggestions about Emissar, you grant us the right to use them for developing and improving the product without obligation or compensation.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Kasayo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party product names and logos shown on the Site (for example the tools listed as integrations) are trademarks of their respective owners; their display does not imply endorsement or partnership. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular you will not attempt to disrupt or overload the Site, probe or breach its security, submit email addresses that are not yours, scrape the Site by automated means beyond what robots.txt permits, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kasayo is liable without limitation only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of site. Any further liability arising from your use of this informational website is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

The Site contains links to external websites over whose content we have no control. The respective provider is responsible for the content of linked pages; at the time of linking no legal violations were apparent to us.
